Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
Urgent orders received before 5:00 pm can ship same day on request.
All freight, insurance, and special packaging charges will be added to the invoice unless other arrangements are made.

We accept all major credit cards EXCEPT FOR AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Once business relations have been established, we also honor NET30/NET90.
First time customers will have to pay with credit card or be billed after providing 3 company references (must provide contact information for 3 different companies that the new customer has had previous business relations with).
